Product description
DAP (di-ammonium phosphate, 18-46-0) is one of the world's most widely used phosphate fertilizers, combining a high concentration of water-soluble phosphorus with a starter dose of ammoniacal nitrogen in a single granule, suited to basal application ahead of planting and to bulk-blending with other granular fertilizers.
High-analysis phosphorus source
At 46% P2O5, DAP delivers more phosphorus per tonne shipped and spread than most alternative phosphate sources, reducing logistics and application cost.
Reliable bulk-blend component
Uniform, hard granules with consistent particle size make DAP a dependable base for custom NPK blends without segregation during transport or spreading.
Broad crop & soil compatibility
Suitable for most field crops and soil types as a basal phosphorus and starter-nitrogen source ahead of planting.
Specification
Standard industrial and agricultural grades.

Key usage scenarios
Where DAP delivers the most value.
Basal application ahead of planting
Supplies concentrated phosphorus and starter nitrogen to support early root development.
Bulk-blend formulation
A stable, free-flowing base granule for custom NPK blends at the retail or farm level.
Broadacre field crops
Cost-effective phosphorus source for cereals, oilseeds and row crops at scale.
Storage & long-distance transport
Low hygroscopicity and strong granule integrity reduce caking and breakage in bulk handling.
Advantages
A dependable, high-analysis phosphate workhorse.
High nutrient density
Maximizes phosphorus and nitrogen delivered per tonne of product handled, shipped and applied.
Blend stability
Consistent granule size and hardness keep blends uniform from mixing through spreading.
Cost efficiency
One of the most cost-effective concentrated phosphorus sources available at scale.
Handling reliability
Low moisture pickup and strong granules minimize caking during storage and transport.
Wide applicability
Fits basal, bulk-blend and compound-fertilizer-component use across most crops and soils.
